» Is there a deposit to pay when I book with Aurelia Vatican Apartments?
No, your booking is guaranteed by a credit card but no charge will be made until you check out.
» What if I don’t show up / What’s the cancellation policy?
If you fail to cancel your reservation more then seven days prior to the first night of your booking, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for half of the total cost of your reservation.
» What time can we check in on the first day and when do we have to be out of the apartments on the last day? Guests can check in between 12 midday and 6pm but times are flexible – please let us know in advance if you need to make special arrangements. We kindly ask guests to vacate the apartments by 10am on the final day of your stay.
» Are the Aurelia Vatican Apartments central? We’re in what’s considered the green belt of Rome, just up the road from the Vatican City. Check our Location and Surrounding Areas pages for more details.
» Do the apartments have an internet connection? Yes – both LAN and Wireless is available.
» Who is our point of reference if we have a problem? The apartment complex is staffed from 8am till 6pm. On request we will provide you with an emergency number to call outside of these hours.
» Are the apartments suitable for people with mobility problems? Yes, all floors are serviced by a lift.
